I can't make a call out and I'm abroad HELP?

I am currently in Tobago and I have a few calls to make and I'm being told by an automated voice that there's restricted calls by the OWNER which is ME and I can't call out! HELP! I need to make some calls to the UK

Waiting for a text for help it's still not arrived. So two things really, 1st need a upgrade so need some advice as want to stay with same or similar plan and I need a new mobile. 2nd signal issues in my area who deals with that?

Can’t receive One time only Passcode from EE only. But can get them from banks and another place and can receive normal text messages

I got told the same this never used to be the case, time to find a better supplier

Lost my phone, reported it, have been sent a new SIM. The new SIM doesn't work.

Says 'No Service'.Helpfully all of the avenues to get customer support in this area seem to be by phone, which is obviously more complex when you have lost your phone or your phone doesn't work
