I'm having the same issue - i upgraded on monday and have since been unable to make or receive any calls on both my new and old phone. Can't even call 150 on my new handset but signal coverage is fine.

Is it possible to check if your phone was in use on a certain date and time, so for example, on 10th April during the hours of 9am - 11am. Is there a way to show that the phone was actively being used?Thanks
