Resolved! Activate roaming while abroad

I didn't text roaming to 150 before I left UK. Now I'm abroad and can't send the text any mor. Is there a way to activate roaming while abroad? Please don't suggest using the parental control in the account setting as I did and it didn't work

BALANCE OR ALLOWANCE not working to 150

Morning As in my subject, this has been going on now for a few months and as yet still no answer as to the problem. Both BA and AL when sent to 150 still coming back as UNAVAILABLE, can anyone shed some light please? RegardsPaul

New phone number

I have just bought a new phone and contract but need to keep the same number, my current phone is with EE but the account is in a family members name. will I keep the same number that I have now or will it change when my new phone arrives.
