Hi
My partner has Galaxy S21+, and I use an iPhone. We are both on EE, when I try to ring her I get the message “You have dialled an incorrect number”. I can text her fine.
To try to resolve this we have reset her network settings, and manually chosen the network.
She has 2 SIM cards in the phone
Has anyone else come across this issue, and is there a solution?

@Leanne_T we rang the tech gurus last week, and I am afraid they were not great..

Please try us again and advise the steps you have taken to let them know the problem follows the SIM card.
