Are you saying that your phone is connected to a WiFi router, but isn't attaching to WiFi-calling?

Can you use that WiFi-connection for other internet functions? Such as web browsing or emails.

Have you restarted your phone and your hub ? That is what tech support will make you do for a start. In my case it was the black hub that EE sent out that was the issue for me. After a couple of black hubs 1 cube engineer visit 2 BT engineer visits and numerous calls to customer service they did send me a white hub. Since then except for 2 network issues my wifi has been rock solid. The black hub not only had wifi calling issues it used to reboot roughly every 2 hours.

I have a Sky broadband router but my phone is on EE

I have turned both off

My phone is updated

If this is a regular issue. Me I would contact sky to see if there's an update or an issue with your broadband. Then I would check to see if there are network issues for EE in your are (mobile issues) if there are no issues in your area ad sky says everything is fine then I would get frustrated. Do you just have the one phone with issues ? Have you tried another phone?

Oh another thing that sometimes worked was to take my sim out and then put it back in that sometimes kicked wifi calling back on

Tried another phone same network same issue

Taken out the SIM recently didnt work

The more reliable troubleshooting here will be to eliminate your phone or your router from the problem.

Do other phones have the same problems with your router? That would suggest a router problem.

Or does your phone have problems with other routers? That would point towards a phone problem.
