I’m currently in Corfu and should not be getting any charges but my phone seems to think I’m in Albania and want to have me charged for using data. Can you fix this?

@Lynn99 That’s probably because your phone is picking up an phone network that’s in Albania. That’s beyond EEs control as it’s your device that’s picking this up. Try restarting the device and manually selecting a different phone network.

As Chris says, your phone is picking up the Albanian networks because of it's proximity to Corfu.
To prevent this, you can either do a manual network search and select a Greek network (Cosmote, Wind or vodafone GR, although I don't think EE let you roam with Vodafone).
Or you can text ROAM EU to 150 and your phone will then only roam in the EU and won't pick up chargeable non-EU networks. Handy for if you're in places near borders.

... although whether I'd recommend trying to toggle roaming settings whilst abroad and with otherwise working service, is debatable....
I'd recommend following the advice above, to go into your phone's network connection settings and manually select a Greek network.
If your phone is an auto-network selection, and an Albanian network is providing a stronger service in a border location,. this issue can arise - it's quite common in many border locations around the world.

@_MrR_ Vodaphone in Corfu has nothing to do with Vodafone UK and in certain countries you will be roaming on Vodafone when using an EE Sim card.

@Chris_B I'm specifically speaking about Greece. There you seem to be directed to WIND as a first choice and can manually select COSMOTE. I've never been able to get the EE sim to lock onto Vodafone (which is a shame as that's the network that offers the best coverage in my house there).
The only reason I didn't specify it as a certainty is just in case anything's changed with the agreements.
