Calls lasting 2 hours and cuts off

Why does my calls last for two hours and then cuts off I've never had the problem before but over the last three months all my calls cut off after two hours

It's standard if you search the forums. Not sure if you can change this by speaking to EE CS on 150.

 

If not then you'll need to call the person back after 2 hours.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

The network cut-off is inplace to prevent calls being left open unintentionally and has been a feature as long as I can remember.

 

It's not something that C/S can override, if you want to talk longer than the limit allows then simply redial once the call is dropped.
