I am in Singapore for a couple of weeks. I am UK based, paying monthly, sim only. I need to take a phone call from a nurse in the UK regarding eye surgery when I get home. I am so confused about whether my phone works here or not for calls from the UK. Can someone please help me out?

@Jacqueline4 You need to make sure that roaming is enabled on your account so you have a signal on the device. Just text ROAMING to 150 to do this. It’ll not cost you anything to have this enabled now.. you’ll have no issues with receiving calls.

Hi @Jacqueline4
Thanks for coming here.
If you have a pay monthly account and currently abroad, could you check your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Call abroad, do they show as ticked?
