Hi,
I know it states that if you use wi-fi calling abroad, (ie. France) you are charged as an international call, as it uses the EE network (not data) but if you have roaming included and unlimited calls included, are there still charges and if so, how much?
I realise calling via WhatsApp, Messenger or other similar app is free, but if no wi-fi, it will use data... at least I think that's how it works... A confirmation here would be handy too. Thanks
And while I'm here, can I confirm that regular calls back to the UK from France are included in unlimited minutes whether landline or mobile?
Cheers.

Hi @ADLondon
EE WiFi calling service only works in the UK and not abroad.
For roaming costs in France then see here:

Thanks

Oh... ok. Not sure what I read about charges then....
And can I confirm that regular calls back to the UK from France are included in unlimited minutes whether landline or mobile?

Yes, they are included but you may have to pay for them. If on contract & your contract started after 07/07/2021 there'll be a £2 / day charge for using your UK allowances in EU or alternatively you may buy the Roam Abroad Pass for £11.40 / month.
