HI, Did this get resolved please and if so, how was it fixed? I am now getting the same issue- it suddenly stopped working. I have reset the network settings on my iPhone air and it worked for a few mins and then stopped again. Very frustrating as I don't have any standard phone signal so am unable to make or receive calls.

Your post has been moved to a dedicated thread.
To clarify, the thread you'd added to, was regarding a user who'd travelled abroad and been roaming, then returned to the UK and was unable to use WiFi-calling. Is this the case for yourself also?
Did you use your phone on EE's UK network between roaming & relying on WiFi-calling?

Hi @SKL17
It will only work if there is no network. If the network signal is adequate the service won't activate.
Alternatively turn on airplane mode and activate WiFi.
Thanks

I still have intermittent issues with a Samsung 23 Ultra. I dont think there is a fix as such. Try phoning ee and asking them to check your firmware is upto date - I recently had to have mine forced through as it hadnt updated automatically. Does your phone use WiFi 7? Mine doesnt so dont know if a phone with WiFi 7 will work better with this hub? You can also try restarting your hub via the app - I found sometimes that deleting the app and re installing sometimes helps the router- could just be me?

You can check your device's firmware is current, by following Settings > Software Update on most Android phones. EE-CS have no way of checking this.
