WiFi Calling sound issue

We are having the same issue, reported several times. WhatsApp and FaceTime audio no issues but when call someone on the phone network over WiFi they cannot understand what is being said. The EE signal in the house is poor so we need the WiFi assist, just it ain’t assisting!

Yes we are having the exact same issue, it seems a common issue with EE.

WiFi-calling is designed to only kick in when coverage is either unusable or non-existent, your phone may still be attempting to call over mobile. How long have you had this issue? Has WiFi-calling ever worked for you? Are you using Android or Apple?

You mention having reported this several times, what was the outcome of that and how were things last left?
