Has anyone else had issues with making and receiving calls indoors outdoors and even via WiFi?? I have had this issue again now and unable to speak to someone at EE

Just to add to what Bristolian has asked above, you can check the Signal in Your Area via the website.
Is it just one particular area or multiple?
Is there anyone else on EE impacted?

FYI you only need to post once - the forum has an edit option for a short time after posting.
Are you using Apple or Android? And are you sure your calls are being carried over WiFi-calling? It's designed to only kick-in when coverage is poor or non-existent - if the phone thinks it's usable, it may well still be using it.
There are ways to check, but they differ between Android & Apple. Once you're sure which radio is being used, the online status tool has an option to report in-call audio issues.

Yes have spoken now to a manager and level one and two tech team whom still cannot get to the bottom of the issue! They told me since I am experiencing constant issue I should leave the network and find another provider

Please clarify coverage indicators meaning??
even with full signal I have been unable make or receive calls at times have been only use text and mobile data and has been times where I have only been able to connect to the network and no calls texts or data! New phone new SIM card but still same issues

I advise anyone experiencing these issues try and leave the network and go elsewhere they are rubbish at resolving issues close complaints soon as you get of the call with them and do nothing just give you jargon over the phone and pass the buck they don’t take accountability nor do they want to resolve the issue and always ask the same questions despite the answers already in previous notes on the system and the say we cannot see any notes when they can they lie and hang up calls on you despite you being calm and polite and patient
