Hi,
I receive frequent "MySpace" updates. Until today I didn't even know what "MySpace" is. The text message service has no reply with "STOP" option to stop messages and some of the advice online about how to stop the messages is out of date.
I don't even remember asking to receive these messages and I noticed I am not the only user experiencing frustration with these frequent intrusive and unhelpful messages. Even when my service does have issues the best way to find out is by telephone call. The app doesn't really know if I will have service issues or not.
Why even have these message at all?
Please make it easier to disable these messages, such as having a reply with "STOP" feature so others don't continue to have the same problem I have had.
