Voicemail dusabled?

I've recently had a prompt to restart my phone due to updates from EE and now my voicemail isn't working. 

I've checked my settings and they seem to be OK. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Hi @Betty777 

Can you turn off voicemail by texting VM OFF to 150. If that works then try VM ON to 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

In what way is your voicemail not working - can you not call it? Or are missed calls not reaching your voicemail? The latter should be resolved by Notherner's advice, but the former not necessarily so.

What specific settings have you checked?

My phone was just ringing out and voicemail wasn't kicking in.
