Hi EE community...my services were suspended but i took extension of 21 days from EE and they approved my extension. Will the services be ok automatically now or i have to wait for 21 days ?

It's great to hear you've been able to set up an agreement to get your payments back on track.
Now this has been done your line will be reconnected, but it can take up to 24 hours for this to be done. If you're still waiting after 24 hours then I'd recommend getting back in touch with our team, and they will be able to sort this for you.

If you have an agreement in place, the suspension should lift automatically.
Please try switching your phone off and back on.
If you still have no service, please get back in touch with Customer Service who can check your agreement was set up correctly.
