Why doesn't my 'phone ring??

BSM48

Twice today my 'phone has not rung but I have received voicemails. The first time was at home next to my router. The second time was when I was outside a building  with good signal strength. While I was in the latter building, and before my second missed call, my 'phone rang normally and I had a conversation.

My 'phone is a Samsung A32 5G about 15 months old. These are not the first occasions this has happened but previously I have just thought of them as random mistakes.

What's going on?

"A blip" is the most likely explanation for this.

Was your phone showing a WiFi-calling indicator when it was next to your router?

Everything is normal with an EE mast at 517m from home. Signal strength is always good. I can provide all the relevant data from my Cell Tower app if required. All jargon to me!

Hello @BSM48

Please could you confirm if the WiFi Calling indicator was showing?

Does this seem to happen within one location?
