Why do people get my answerphone qhen ringing me when I have my Mobile Data on?

Does this happen every time someone tries to call you? Are you saying that, when you switch mobile data off, the calls go through OK?

It is the company I work for who have said it went to my answerphone on
Saturday 24th June although I have nothing in my call history to prove
this, they said the same today but again it doesn't show, I do have my
mobile data on when I am working and I have checked my settings but
obviously I have not blocked them, is it possible for you to send me a list
by email of the numbers that have contacted me? Many thanks Thérèse

Incoming call information is not something CS hold, much less able to email it out via a public forum request.

I'd suggest checking your voicemail settings (by calling your voicemail) and make sure you have "missed call alerts" enabled. This will trigger a text message to your phone if an incoming call goes to your voicemail and no message is left.

If you call your phone now, does it ring?
