What have I paid £3 for 30 days for on the EU 100 mins

I have paid for 30 days 100 mins EU for £3. I have just gone to pick up a voicemail and been charged 50p.  I Have absolutely no idea what I have paid the £3 for. I am currently in Norway which is on the list for eu countries. I can’t use the app as despite a number of calls to 150 I can never link the my number as it keeps telling me the number is already registered to the app. Thinking it may be time to use up the existing balance and move to another network. As ee don’t seem that interested in provide a customer support service from my recent experiences.

I think you'll find you have bought the PAYG EU International Direct Dialling add-on which is for making International calls from the UK to 27 selected countries in EU. It is of no use when you are roaming. This is the only add-on that fits your description.

Thanks for your reply. I am obviously totally stupid as the way I read it the £3 package I bought was what I would need. Feeling pretty cheated and defiantly going to move to another network in the near future. ee used to be good in my opinion although their coverage is probably the best their customer service is crap.

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.
