@Gorrgurefet12 , Have you checked via the My EE App or via the website by clicking on settings, see if you can enable roaming, call abroad and premium calls? If that does not work, unfortunately, you will have to ring, which you can do for free using Skype as @XRaySpeX has written, he wrote the number there too.
You replied as I was writing, you will have to give EE a call, as we are unable to do this for you, there is no account access here, sorry.

Then as I told you need to contact CS over Skype.
I also told you to use MyEE online not the app.
I've given you everything to follow down to every eventuality. There is nowt more anybody here can tell you. As the last resort you need to get in contact with EE.

Hi @Gorrgurefet12.
You should be able to activate roaming in your My EE Account.
It can take up to 24 hours for changes to reflect in your account.
