Every message to 150 is not sending but when I messaged other people messages are going through to them.i have tried every way I can think and it’s still saying not delivered.

any advice pleaseeeeee

1. Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
2. Are you in the UK.
3. What message are you trying to send to 150.
