Voicemails haven’t been transferred to new phone

Hello, I’m hoping someone can help me. I upgraded my iPhone a few months ago and everything has transferred from the iCloud/ my old phone except for my voicemails. I can’t see my voicemails in a list anymore and the only option it gives me is to phone voicemail, which hasn’t happened before. I contacted Apple support and they told me that voicemails are provided by my carrier and to contact them. So here I am. I’ve tried restarting and updating but nothings worked so far! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

@Smiles3   You need to enable visual voicemail.    Text IPHONE VISUAL to 150 to turn this on   You had to of enabled this on your old iPhone as it’s not on be default 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
