Data Add On in the USA

I am in the USA.  I have a Roam Further Pass.  I used up the standard data I have and I was invited to buy a 20gb Recurring Data Pass, which I did.  Even though it is telling me I have 40gb of data available to use in the USA, I cannot use mobile data.  Help😀

What happens when you try and connect to data on your phone?

Calls and texts work fine.

When I try to connect to data my apps, browser, etc just tell me there's no connection.  I have moved several miles around the city so I doubt signal is an issue.

I have similar problem. I cannot make calls or send text and i have 42GB data available. Any help?

Do you have a signal on your phone?

What phone are you using?

Can you see if roaming is enabled in your My EE Account?
