Voicemail pin

Can't access voicemail, told i need to set up a pin. Instructed to press and hold 1, when i do i get looped back to the same message, i need to set up a pin etc. Tried calling 150, as soon as i press to connect it cuts off. Any ideas?

No I'm in UK, and i can use the phone for normal calls, I just can't seem to contact EE.

What message do you hear when you dial 150 from your mobile phone?

Are you cable to connect using 07953966250 or 08000798586 from a landline number.

Hello

It wouldn't allow me to call 150, as i said, it was cutting me off as soon as i dialed the number. Not to worry though, I've managed to sort it out. Voicemail had somehow turned itself off, so i texted "vm on" to 150 and that worked.
