Voicemail on iphones

Is it possible to delay the time a call is diverted to my voicemail, so I have time to answer the call? This cannot be done on the handset.

Hi @Fierrabras,

The network default for your voicemail call divert is 20 seconds. It is not something we can amend for you, but if your current divert is less than 20 seconds one of our guides on 150 should be able to help reset it back to 20 seconds.

If it is already 20 seconds as I say a guide wont be able to help lengthen it. Some people are able to lengthen it via dial codes on your phone, there is a thread here with discussion from some our other users which you may find helpful if you want to try.
