Voicemail notification will not disappear even though there’s no message

Hi, can anyone help.

I’ve getting voicemail notifications even though there’s no message.

I’ve done a soft reset.

I’ve had someone ring my phone, leave a message and I’ve listened to it and then deleted it and that didn’t work.

I’m not sure what else to try.

Yes that’s what I did and it seemed to work for about 2 hours then it started again

But why should you have to pay to get rid of something you didn't want in the first place. Obviously EE want you to do this to make more money out of you.

I've got the same problem. Tried all the suggestions given so far but nothing works. The latest notification has been showing for weeks now but there are no voicemails. It's a very annoying glitch. Any further suggestions from anyone?

If you have tried the suggestion of leaving a voicemail on the phone, then fully listening to and deleting it, I'd recommend speaking to our technical support team.
