Voicemail issues

My Samsung keeps notifying me that there is a voicemail with the notification envelope that can't be deleted. There is no voicemail, to get rid of this I keep having to force stop the phone services but it reappears the next day. Any advice appreciated.

@Laurafor73 : Get someone to leave you a VM, listen to it & then delete it. See if that clears it.
