I have been left voicemails but when I ring my voicemail it says I do not have any messages when I can see I do.

Did you set up voicemail or did you switch it off?
To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

How'd you know you are being left VMs? Is it just a notification saying there are some but when you go to look there aren't any?
If so, Get someone to leave you a VM, listen to it & then delete it. See if that clears it.
