I have the same problem on iPhone 8. VM diverting to 101. I can't get anyone to answer 150. I just get a menu of options which don't help.
This is a significant problem.

You can change your call diverts by using your phone's menu options anytime.
https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/iphone/iphe9bdd027a/ios - the drop-down at the top lets you select which iOS version you're running, for specific guides.
