I can't get into live chat how I normally do i can't understand why iv no calling time so need to chat to them online any ideas.pleae would be greatfuĺlt appreciated thanks

Do you have a pay monthly contract or a pay as you go SIM @Cazbriggs83?

If it is a contract, what is happening when you try to go to the Help section in the EE app?
