Hi, my sim card is not connecting and doesn't appear pin my phone's settings. I've removed and cleaned it but still the same. I have travelled today and throughout it is showing the same issue. There are no obvious menu options on the website to request help on this issue.

It does sound like there could be a problem. The issue could be with your SIM card or the mobile device not being able to read SIM cards.
Are you able to test briefly place your SIM card in a different phone? This will test if the SIM card is fault.
Also try a different SIM card in your phone too.
If your SIM card is not working, you can order a replacement SIM card through the EE App, or pop into any EE store who will be able to issue a replacement SIM card straight away.
Alternatively, you can pop into any EE store with photo ID and the store guide can issue you a replacement SIM card free of charge straight away. EE Store Finder | How to find your nearest EE store | EE
