When I don't answer calls, my VM is telling callers it is transferring them to 101 (Norfolk police) and I have no idea why. VW used to work & I have not changed anything. I have checked my VM settings and personal greeting is apparently set, but when I tried again to ring, I am getting the above message....what is happening????? I have a Samsung Galaxy S22.
Just to update - If I terminate caller, it will divert to my VM, if I let the call ring until it's natural end, it will tell caller they are being transferred to 101?????

Diverts are either "unconditional" (divert all calls) or "conditional", your phone will have menu options for each.
It sounds like you have a conditional "divert when unanswered" set to 101. With all other diverts - "when busy" or "when unreachable" set to voicemail.

I saw #suzysmart’s post and reply on how to sort . I am experiencing same issue. Have checked my iPhone settings and there is no emergency SOS divert. What steps should I take resolve? Thanks

As per my previous post in this thread... Diverts are either "unconditional" (divert all calls) or "conditional", your phone will have menu options for each.
It sounds like you have a conditional set to 101. With all other diverts - "when busy" or "when unreachable" set to voicemail. Ensure all your conditional diverts are set to voicemail.
