i can’t use my phone abroad could you please help

Would you like to use your phone abroad? 

If so, where are you travelling to? 

Please text ROAMING to 150 before going abroad to make sure the account is activated for roaming.

Welcome to the community.

Has your husband tried restarting his phone? It may also be worth trying to manually connect to the network in the phone settings.
