Roaming abroad (add-on) not working

Hello I bought a sim local pack with unlimited minutes, texts and 125gb of data. I have then travelled UK first to another EU contries. The roaming was working for the first 13 days ( by using "ONE" add-ons) however it has now stopped working. I have been on the phone to EE but it failed and they can't find a reason as to why my data isn't working. My EE account says that I have data available( It shows that my unlimited mins, texts &data 1day add-on is activated) . Roaming is active on my phone. Has anyone had this issue or know a fix? Thanks

If roaming has previously worked, nothing should have changed at EE's end and this is potentially a local network issue. Often restarting your phone, toggling flight mode or manually selecting an alternative local operator - will resolve this.

Hello I have had the same issue for 2 days. I am travelling abroad in iceland and the roaming suddenly went down. There appears to be quite a number of people who are having the same issue as well. No one has found a fix for this nor can EE customer service. Given that its an EE system issue I doubt there is much you can do from your end. I'd suggest if it's urgent to get a new sim from a different company in the interim.

Hello I have tried manually changing networks, restarting network settings, restarting phone, flight mode. If I attempt to add data I get an error. ROAMEU1D AND ROAMEU7D do not work. I have a current Pack enabled and customer service have put me onto two different ones to no avail. I doubt it is a local network error as there are a number of feeds on here from people in Spain, Canada, Norway who are having the same issue. I believe this is an EE issue as I was roaming fine for 10 days only for it to stop suddenly whilst I have 70GB of current data for use in UK and EU.

Same problem here in France, none of customer service can solve this.

I‘ve tried everything.. (turned the phone off and restarting, airplane mode, ee card with another phone, reset network setting) but everything failed...😭😭
