Voicemail not working anymore

My voicemail used to work, but then a few months ago it just stopped giving the option for people to leave a message. I have checked and I currently don’t have any saved messages etc (in case that could use up space for new messages or something). 

I have tried to message 150, to turn it on (also tried to first turn off then on again) but get the message back: 

‘We've had a problem with your request, please try again a little later.‘

I tried then to get help through EE chat and they said they would send me a text message that I should  use to communicate with them - but I didn’t get any. 

Not sure what to do next - very frustrating

I am sorry to hear you seem to be having issues when activating your voicemail. 

If you give our team a call on 150 they will be able to look into this further for you.
