No connection

Am over in Ireland, phone has said it was transferred to eir network, which is Irish EE, however 4g or 5g isn’t working, takes me straight to 3G which doesn’t allow me any connectivity unless I am connected to the Wi-Fi? Not sure how to fix this?

Have you tried restarting your device or manually searching for an available network?

What kind of phone are you using?
