Using data in the USA

Hi.

so I have checked on EE and it tells me “great news” I am able to use my data in the U.S just as I would in the U.K. but what it seems to be doing is giving me a rolling 500mb a day add on that renews every 24hours and my actual data just says waiting. Any help would be much appreciated.

@Willg81 : As you have the Roam Further Pass you may use your UK data while in the US up to 50GB per billing month if you have more.

Thanks for the reply. That’s what I assumed but it isn’t allowing me to use my data and is instead giving me a 500mb allowance a day and once that runs out I can’t use my data

In your add-on section of the My EE app do you see any data add-ons active for 500MB?

Yes, it renews every 24hrs 500mb add on. I didn’t ask for it, it just renews everyday. But it goes through it super quick and once it’s run out it won’t use my data and I have to wait for the next day
