Unlocking phone

I am going round in circles trying to unlock my old phone!  It just keeps taking me back to the 'verify the IMEI number' page each time I following the email link!   I am on hold on the EE helpline but there is a 1h 30m wait!  Is there an online chat I can use?  Many thanks

Have you spoken to our customer care team to request the device to be unlocked since you posted?
