Hello,
As I was sending a text via iMessage today, my wifi disconnected and my data was also off at the time which turned my iMessage into an SMS message. The SMS message said it had not been delivered and it was sent to a non-UK number. I am wondering if I will still be charged for this message seeing as it was undelivered?
thank you.

If the message was "sent", then it would have been accepted by EE's SMSC and thus charged. If the sending process failed, then it shouldn't be charged.
The sending process should include a basic check for the number's validity, but I'm not sure what that includes for non-UK numbers.
