My friend used to be on ID Mobile, and has just moved, and ported his number, to Lebara. He can text me, and we can call each other. But I can no longer text him, I just get an error "Not Delivered". I also have a phone on Talkmobile, and another friend is on ID Mobile - both of these devices are able to send and receive texts with my friend on Lebara, its just my EE phone that can not send him texts.
I read something that EE needs to update its routing tables, so it is pointing text messages to Lebara for his ported number, instead of ID. But I don't know who to contact or how to raise this as an issue.
Any ideas how I can get my EE mobile to send texts to my friend without an error?

Routing tables direct calls with particular prefixes, to the native MNO - who then have porting data for numbers that are ported-out. If calls are working, then that data is in-place.
How long since you haven't been able to text your friend?

Do you have RCS / Chat messaging switched on in your EE phone?
If so, have you tried sending a message while the setting is switched off?

Yes. I switched it off but still get the same “Not Delivered” message. My friends phone is getting messaged from all other networks now, just not from EE.

Is that the same if you both reply to an incoming message and a freshly created message?
Have you been able to test this with your EE SIM card in a different phone?
