My PAC transfer completed, but I still can’t make or receive voice calls. Texts and mobile data work normally. Outgoing calls end immediately

Have you been able to make or receive calls since your port-in completed? That your texts & data work OK rules out a coverage issue, and suggests this is account-specific.
You should contact EE-CS who have account access, using another phone as necessary. There is also live-chat for pay-monthly customers, via the myEE app.

No haven’t been able to the transfer completed on Tuesday

Yeah I’ve switched my phone off a couple of times now
can call and receive calls through WhatsApp fine

@Devon77 What’s app uses data and you say data works. Voice/texts are not data based. I’m surprised that texts work and calls don’t though. It sounds like the port hasn’t been fully successful you’ll need to call customer support about this so it can be looked in too. It just might need a line refresh from EE.
