Unable to make calls or contact 150

Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

For days now I’ve had people telling me they can’t get through to me and are having to call me by what’s app. It hasn’t been too much of an issue until today! I can’t make any calls to anyone that is not on the EE network. I can’t receive any calls either! I have plenty signal and I can’t receive use data. When tried to call customer services it is down. Go online and the website says everything is fine still having problems call the helpdesk. Well I would if I could!!! 😡😡 please can someone from EE help to resolve this. What am I paying my phone bill for if you can’t provide the service I’m paying for?

If you had taken a look at the threads here, you would have found out there is an outage which EE are trying to fix urgently, this has only happened today.

I can't make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls. I can send and receive texts but that's it

Hi, Help,  my phone is not working, can’t get in touch with EE. Missed an important phone call this afternoon, I’m really angry, the number I have got doesn’t ring on my mobile either.

I’m having issues making and receiving calls. Funny thing is when I try and log this on the chat I can’t because the chatbot tells me to ring and speak to an agent 😂😂😂 and also not only that when I go to have a look for service issues in my area it tells me there is none 😂😂😂

There's a big outage, EE are aware on X & there are a lot of comments from customers with the same issue s.

There is a big outage with a lot of EE customers unable to call or receive calls. I tried calling 150 & it fails. Nobody can get through on 150.
