Assuming you've restarted your phone, use the "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker in the first instance.
WiFi-calling allows you to continue using your phone anytime you have indoor coverage issues for whatever reason.

I went into a store. Apparently when you select save battery power, it switches me from 5G so I had issues getting network data.
