I have purchased a roam abroad pass. Received text to say roaming activated, but I cant make calls to UK nor text. Can't even text 150 to get balance. 😡. Help! I need to contact home UK

Texts to 150 don't work when you are outside the UK.
Could I please confirm if you are pay as you go or pay monthly?
The Roam Abroad Pass is an add-on did you activate roaming before leaving?

I'm a pay monthly customer. Yes switched on roaming before we left.

Yes, tried that. The text message from EE said to set automatic select network. But I tried manually too. It still says ee that I'm connected to in settings

Just tried manually again and it's just buffering saying select a network, but underneath it's saying we're connected to NL KPN.

Have you tried switching your phone off and then back on again since arriving at your destination?

Turned phone off and then back on. Nothing. It's still not allowing me to call UK. I've given up. Will switch providers once contract finished too hard with ee. Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately not, going home in couple days, so will ring ee when I get back to UK soil.
