I cannot access to see my bill and make a payment online or via 150

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
But i would like to check and manage my bill online

Have you been able to access your bill online prior to this?
Does the same thing happen through the EE app and your main online account?
Do you see an error of some sort?
Have you tried to access this using a different device or web browser?
