Can I use an Australian mobile number for two-factor authentication? Thanks.

Hi @AbroadAus.
Thanks for coming back here.
I have just got some confirmation regarding this.
The latest version of the EE app requires a one time PIN to go to your UK number, it is not possible for this to be sent to an international number.

Good morning @AbroadAus.
Welcome to the EE Community 😊
Have you had a chance to try this with your Australian number yet?
If you have, can you please make sure this has the international dialing code included in the format 00XX?

Hi I'm trying to set up two factor authentication with a Canadian number for a PAYG number and I haven't been receiving the passcode.
I've started the number with 001 followed by the area code and phone number but nothing is coming through.
Please advise me how best to proceed.
Thank you!

Hello @chankim.
Thanks for coming here.
If you have put your international code in front of your number and this is still not working, I'd recommend reporting this to our technical care team.
The team can be contacted by calling 150 from your EE handset.

Sorry for late reply. Thank you for your welcome. Yes I have tried it with 0061 and then my number and no verification code comes through.
This is my 2nd attempt to sign in - - ! get 2 out of 3 tries before I am locked out.
Katie B below says ring 150 which is impossible to do from Australia. She also suggests contacting the Technical Care Team.
I may not be able to reach them so please could you report it to the Technical Care Team on my behalf? They can contact me by email at ************** and I can give them whatever information they require.
I would be most grateful. Thank you.

I have tried adding 0061 and then I tried +61 followed by my number and still no joy. I am assuming you are in the UK? Please can you help me using my email address provided below? Thanks in advance.
