I can't seem to turn off my voicemail. I have sent a text (to 150) VM OFF and keep getting a reply stating invalid request. I tried on the chat feature on the EE app and the reply was they couldn't help with this request. I've tried calling EE and been on hold for up to 40 mins. Surely it can't be this difficult to switch off my voicemail. Used to love EE customer service but it is becoming just like the other providers.

No, unfortunately not and I work in a school so cannot sit in a phone queue during the day. This is so frustrating!! I cannot believe it can be so difficult to resolve. Texting VM OFF to 150 does not work and has been highlighted as a problem for a long time now, it should have been resolved!!

I completely understand that it may be more difficult calling during the day due to work commitments.
Did our customer care team advise why they were unable to assist?
Was it an agent you spoke with?

I haven't been able to get through to speak to anyone. I started a message chat on the EE app and it said they were unable to assist and I needed to call 150. I was on hold until 9pm then it cut me off (after 40 mins of waiting). I tried again before work this morning. I just want someone to switch my voicemail off before I go on holiday tomorrow!!!
