Trying call my friend but all the calls I make are barred I don’t know why

Hello 

Trying to make a phone this morning it say it’s barred I don’t know what’s happening?

Yeah it happens to every call that I want to make even I want to call you guys but it’s not going through . 

Yes is a UK NUMBER that I have used for almost 3 years now 

it’s pay as you go

Please I haven’t gotten a text that it’s on hibernation because my number is active that’s what I have been using since. So I don’t know why it’s happening
