Worst service ever!!!!

I'm paying £15 for roaming pass ,plus £3 daily again for roaming and those are on top of my "unlimited " data and calls "included " in my contract. Contract that I've agreed to continue only because I've been firmly assured that I'll will be able to use my phone when travelling in EU just like I'm in UK.

Well, if I'm away from any available WiFi I'm TOTALLY ISOLATED FROM THE WORLD.

NO INCOME CALLS

NO OUTGOING CALLS OR SMS

NO INTERNET

N O T H I N G

I'm not going to pay a penny more

@apostolbashev : What's this "£3 daily again for roaming"? Having the £15 pm Roam Abroad Pass exempts you from the £2.29 daily EU daily roaming charge if that's what you mean.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To add, the symptoms you describe are indicative of your phone not having a connection to a local network. Whichever billing add-on you've chosen, it's separate and independent of the requirement to enable roaming on your phone - normally done by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK.

If roaming is enabled, your phone can connect to foreign networks - the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive text messages and use mobile data, naturally follows.

The opposite scenario creates the symptoms you describe, contacting CS to enable roaming - is the remedy. Some users have been able to use a web-calling app over a WiFi-connection to resolve this.
