That's your doing by putting emoticons/emojis or attachments in your textual texts. It's converted by your phone not by EE. However your phone should warning you it is doing this & allow you to abort.

Hi @Liv54,

What happens when you try to send a text?

Is it only happening with one contact or everyone?

Can you still make calls and use mobile data?

No, I didn't ask about insurance. I asked whether your phone had coverage indicated?

Lack of coverage would cause inability to make or receive calls & texts, unless using WiFi-calling.

I do have wi-fi calling.

Thanks

Does your phone have signal coverage from EE showing? All your posts to this forum are visible by everyone.

Yes and EE supposedly checked it earlier. It’s not great now though
