No phone service through main phone number

Hi having problem with not receiving phone calls and doing outgoing calls on my main phone number but I am able to receive phone calls on WhatsApp and messenger.

have checked everything in settings ,no contacts are blocked etc and tried rebooting phone but  still not happening .does anyone have any idea what is wrong .Thankyou kitty

How long have you had this problem for? Have you recently transferred your number from another network?

Please try restarting your phone this morning and let me know if it's any better.

"Calls" made or received using apps are not handled by EE's network as calls, but as data traffic - this isn't really proving anything.

Have you recently made any changes to your account or SIM, that would potentially have caused this? Or ported your number in as queried above? For how long has this been a problem?

Aside from call blocking, the only other handset-function that would cause this is the inadvertent setting of a do-not-disturb mode.
