Texting 83936 Message not Sent number formatted incorrectly

Hi. Trying to text Radio X which is a five digit number. I got a message back that the number is formatted incorrectly. This used to work but now it just doesn't work.

Have you made any changes to your account since the last time you were able to text this number?

Are you able to text other numbers?

Maybe since I went Sim only, but I cant be sure of the timeline. But yes, I used to be able to text that number and can text other people, just not that number. Now its not massively important but irritating it doesn't work.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check to see if there are any restrictions on your account.

By "SIM only" do you mean it's a contract SIM or PAYG?
